Self Contained Chalet ( Single Occupancy)

The accommodation available is a self contained fully furnished Chalet in the garden of our family home available from the 31st May 2025 ( possibly slightly earlier) The chalet is totally self contained but can only be accessed through our family home, so this must be considered by any applicants.
Not a problem in the past as we are a friendly couple who enjoy meeting new people, so passing through our living area has been more of a positive than a negative in the past. The photos show our family cat ( no longer with us ) but no pets allowed in the chalet but we do have a very friendly Old Tyme Bulldog called Ellie in our home.
We are situated in a prime location in Falmouth, walking distance to our local beaches ( 10 mins ) Falmouth-Truro Train Station ( 2 mins ) Bus stop outside our main house. Convenience store & Garage are also walking distance and short walk to the centre of Falmouth Town ( 10 mins )
The chalet has a bed sit set up with a small double bed ( SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY) ample wardrobe storage & sofa in one room ( TV not included ) but a separate fully fitted kitchen with all white goods including washing machine, fridge freezer electric cooker & microwave. It has a very small but well presented shower room with saniflo toilet.
It has a decked area in front of the chalet for your own personal use.
Wifi available ( not super fast ) and included but you are liable for Council Tax ( Band A ) currently approx £138.00 per month this includes the 25% single occupancy discount, but electric & water bills are included.
Preferably full time employed professionals may apply, and no applicants working from home remotely.
