Room short term July - September for working person/mature student, current tenants are a masters, phd… teacher. Room has an ottoman double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk, All bills: water, Council tax, electricity, fibre optic broadband inc. £650 pcm. Good off road parking. 5 mins walk to nearest Tremough bus stop. 5 mins walk to town - on local bus route. Shared lounge, Kitchen, dining area, utility room, covered outside sofa area. Two bathrooms, one with bath and additional WC/shower room. Gardens front and back - side alley to store bike etc. Looking for a relaxed, tidy housemate preferably phd/masters/working likes a chat with other housemates, prepared to share cleaning duties and respectful of others. Must like animals, one small dog and chickens.
