Double room in characterful home.

My girlfriend and I have a double room to let in our lovely, characterful Georgian home, which is situated in a quiet street but just minutes from the town centre.
Broadband is a fast speed: FTTP. Shared (clean!) bathroom. All household bills are included, except outgoing landline telephone calls.
There is a good sized, sunny garden and a courtyard/patio area with outside seating. On street parking.
We are professionals working in teaching and aviation. We're relaxed and sociable but also value our own time and space.
The room would suit a cheerful, considerate and tidy tenant. It currently has a double bed (memory foam mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers and a comfy armchair.
A female professional would be preferred but ultimately it comes down to the right character and personality to share our home with. Thank you for your interest.
