Small cheap room

I have a small, compact, but very cheap room available for rent starting February. You will be sharing with 3 female students, studying fashion design and marketing. The room has a high single sleeper with a desk underneath. There is ample storage space (wardrobe and plenty of drawer space) situated immediately out of the bedroom. There is a kitchen and separate living area
There is an £80 'handling charge' to go to the estate agent. Bills are not included but the house very cheap to run. I am male and am only moving out to study abroad for a semester.
