I am writing this as the live in landlord.
Bedroom is a Upstairs double room and is £440, excluding bills.
Bills approximately as below:
- Electric & Gas = £25-50 per month, per person
- Water Bill = £10-£20 per month, per person
But this is subject to change, due to energy costs rising and falling, and usage of course.
Council tax and wifi are included in the cost of the rent currently.
All rooms come fully furnished.
There are three bedrooms in the house and then a studio in the back garden. Im only home half the week usually, unless I've got work to do at home.
The property is situated close to the moor in Falmouth with street parking available outside - you can literally roll down the hill into town and Kimberly Park.
There is a cosy living room, large kitchen with a washing machine, plenty of kitchen cupboard and fridge space, an outside decking area out back for BBQs/sunbathing and a covered alleyway for storing wetsuits and boards as well as a small front garden.
The property is kept clean and tidy by all lodging with me as this is how I like it kept, and over the years we have had many professionals live here. Its a cosy, clean, warm house.
