Attic Room in Cornish Village Setting

Good sized room on the top floor of large house.
Due to age of the property there is no en-suite just a large, family sized bathroom with twin sinks, walk in shower and a vast bath plus an additional downstairs loo.
Communal spaces are : Large kitchen/diner, a cosy lounge, utility room and a sunny courtyard.
There is off road parking. There is a bus service from the village and nearest rail station is Penryn (or Falmouth if you take the ferry).
The village has a shop, two pubs and a restaurant. There are plenty of social clubs too.
The room is furnished with a king sized bed, chest of drawers and a dressing table.

Please note that there are 2 cats and 4 chickens at the property and the household share their care.

Utilities and Broadband are included.
There is a weekly cleaner for communal areas.
