There is off road parking but there is a bus service from the village and nearest rail station is Penryn (or Falmouth if you take the ferry).
The village has a shop, two pubs and a restaurant. There are plenty of social clubs too..
The room is furnished with a king sized bed, chest of drawers and a dressing table.
Although the house is large we are only looking for one tenant. If you prefer peace and your own space this may be worth a look.
The council tax band is currently paid by the landlord.
