Double room in 3 bed house

Double room for rent in quiet 3 bed/3 bathroom converted old school. The room is opposite a large family bathroom so is practically en suite.
There is a large fitted wardrobe, TV and some under bed storage. Super fast broadband and all bills included in rent. Use of kitchen with your own large fridge/freezer.
You will be sharing the home with my 9 yr old son and myself so a female is preferred and also a professional that DOES NOT work from home.
It is a quiet home and we are considerate to your sleep needs.
There is ample safe off road parking with a BBQ/sun bathing area.
We are in the quiet hamlet of Piece which is 20 mins from the Royal Cornwall hospital, 20 mins from Falmouth and 25 mins from RNAS Culdrose. There is no road noise.
The rent has already increased due to fuel and cost of living rises so will NOT go up again for the duration of your stay regardless of outside influences.
I sometimes work away so a trustworthy, responsible adult is desired.
Bedding can be provided.
