Coming soon – rooms available in central Fowey

Three rooms are available from around mid-September in a characterful historic flat in the centre of Fowey.

This is just early notice, with photographs and further details to follow.

All rooms are furnished, there is a kitchen fitted with a washing machine tumble drier, dishwasher; and a lounge with a TV. Bills are included and there is fibre broadband in all rooms. Two rooms are en-suite, the other two share a showerroom between them. There is a cafe on the ground floor through a separate entrance, the flat is on the first and second floors.

It’s the perfect spot for someone who wants to live in an idyllic seaside town. There is so much to do here, with fishing, sea-swimming, walks, sailing, kayaking and unbelievable food all on the doorstep.

We’re looking for three considerate and reliable housemates who are looking to make Fowey their home for at least a year. Applicants will be subject to affordability, and reference checks, and will have an opportunity to meet the really nice existing housemate who has been there for four years and works at Imerys.

Historically we’ve mostly had groups take the rooms together, as Imeries placement cohorts, or working at businesses in the local area.
