Single room in Fowey with valley views

My daughter and I reside in a clean, pleasant 4 bedroom house at the top of a hill so we have some wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

I am a professional but decided on a change of career so am in year 2 of my degree at Plymouth University.

We have a quiet but friendly atmosphere but we are adventurous and love to explore whenever we get the opportunity.

There is a new kitchen which has 2 ovens, 2 microwaves and all modern gadgets.

The garden is long with fabulous views and the patio has also been extended.

We are 3 minutes away from bus stop which goes to St. Austell and on to Mevagissey. We have a small grocery shop and post-office which is a 4 minute walk.

We welcome a person who is sociable and easy going whilst we respect a person's privacy. We have no prejudice against any particular race or religion.
