Double Room Available

Hi I’m Alex, & I am looking for someone to share my house with.

I am a self employed Dryliner. I’m quite busy in the week being out of the house by 7am & usually back between 4 & 5pm Monday to Friday.

The property is a 3 Bed 1 Bathroom Link Detached House with a large garden.

The house has full fibre internet, sky tv in the living room, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. there is parking in the estate but I use the driveway myself to load out my tools each day.

The room available has built in wardrobes with additional storage & a stand alone chest of drawers.

I am looking for a ‘professional working tenant’ that is clean & tidy. Non smoker is also preferable. I am a pretty chilled out guy so living an easy life is essential.

I have 2 dogs that have full roam of the house so if you don’t like dogs this isn’t the place for you. That also means I cannot accept anyone with pets.

I’d like to find someone who is as sociable as I am & will respect the house as if it was their own.
