We have a lovely double room available for short term lets in a thoughtfully designed and attractive house near Treliske. The house is comfortable, warm, spacious and contemporary. Newly (and tastefully) decorated throughout, it's perfectly located just a short walk from Treliske hospital (less than 10 minutes door to door).

It’s in a quiet relaxed area with easy on-street parking, it offers independent check-in, shared well-equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities, and has a TV in the bedroom.

Each room is comfortably furnished with a bed and memory foam mattress, wardrobe with full length mirror, storage drawers/cupboard and bedside table. The bedroom has an individual door lock, with a private code to access your room.

Each room shares facilities with other guests, including a living area with television, a dining area, and a large well-equipped kitchen. Bedding and towels are provided, but you will need to provide your own food. There is a shared bathroom and separate cloakroom, and a sheltered and enclosed rear garden/seating area.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a 10 minute walk from Treliske hospital. It is close to great bus and train routes, allowing you to travel easily both around, and in and out of Truro. There is a Spar shop just a 7 minute walk away, and a Costa Coffee just by the hospital. The nearest large supermarket is a Sainsbury's a 25 minute walk away. The Truro Lawn Tennis Club is a 2 minute walk away, along with some stunning countryside to enjoy a walk practically on your doorstep.
There is a footpath that allows you to walk to Treliske inside 10 minutes. Otherwise, parking and driving is convenient, and the nearest bus stop is about a 7 minute walk. The train station is a 25 minute/1.5 mile walk away, or a 5 minute taxi ride.
