Surf beaches are 15 minutes away on the north coast, Truro leisure centre a 5 minute walk.
Truro College and Hospital are a short walk away, and there are frequent buses for the trip to Truro city centre (a couple of miles). A single room is available in this sunny, modern shared house. The kitchen diner has a washing machine, dishwasher, built in oven and gas hob (gas central heating). There is a dryer, and access to a generous South facing garden.
There is a shared main bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.
Fibre broadband is available at the house. All bills are extra.
