2 bed house. Lovely area. Near beach’s

I’m looking for a lodger for my two bed house. Off road parking which is always available. Room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, two bed side tables, a desk and a hanging rail. Shared living room. All I ask it to be respectful of the communal living areas. It’s me that is living in the other room but I work in a school so mostly out the house. Any questions please give me a message :) The price on the add is for one person, if you are a couple the price will need to adjust which can be adjusted at the time :)
