Hi All, I have a beautiful home where the main bedroom is available for rent. This room has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of storage too. I live at the property part time due to extensive travel so I would like a mature couple who are willing to look after my property in exchange for the privacy of the property in a quiet cul de sac where my neighbours are my friends. Goonhavern is a small village where there is a shop, post office, pub, park, garden centre (with great cafe) and the Saints Walk a few minutes from the door step. It’s a short drive to Perranporth beach with easy access onto the A30 and 30 minutes to Truro. Council tax band E.
