Double Room available in Character House

A double room is available in our old farmhouse in Gulval. The house has lots of quirky character with granite walls, wooden floors, a walled garden etc. We have two cats and also a small-holding elsewhere so sometimes have chicks hatching in an incubator in the house. I work from home but am often out with our animals. We would ideally like a student or working person to share our house. Prefer non-smoker but not essential. Clean and tidy person. Private parking available. Oh, one more thing; we don't have TV. We usually watch stuff from our laptops or larger screen. House is handy for Penzance, railway station, supermarkets and A30. Peaceful and rural but convenient.
