Room available in clean, quiet and friendly house

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy lodger. Initially on a 6 month basis.

We have a comfortable and spacious double room available. Other than when we have the occasional guest you would have main use of the family bathroom. Cupboard in the kitchen, fridge shelf and freezer drawer. Plenty of bedroom storage with ottoman bed, chest of drawers and slim wardrobe (bedding not included). Plenty of on road parking.

We live in a quiet village just 15 minutes from Godrevy and with easy access to the A30. This is not suitable for working-from-home individuals. A well behaved and calm dog would be considered if they would not be left at home all day. We have a garden and nearby fields popular with dog walkers.

My partner and I are both friendly and outdoorsy people. We like things to be kept clean and tidy. We have a peaceful home and like our own space but do also enjoy spending time with people and having a good chat.
