Double room to rent in central Hayle. Shared living room, kitchen. Two bathrooms, garden, shed, built in wardrobe but otherwise unfurnished. I am a teacher, so at work all day. On-street parking, but always spaces outside the house.

I would like another professional person to share with, someone tidy and reliable. No one who wants to go out and party on week nights! I have a chocolate labrador, so must like dogs and be willing to adapt to living with a dog who eats any food that is left within reach! :(

Rent is inclusive of all bills, including council tax and WIFI.
