The room has a single bed which includes bedding, there is a sink with hot & cold water, armchair, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and television. There is also a kitchen unit in the room with worktop over and larder fridge under, electric kettle and electric radiator.
The shared areas are a large kitchen diner which has a sink with drainer, ample worktops all around, full size gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, dining table and chairs.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and pedestal sink. Hot water is permanently on. There is also a separate toilet. Kitchen, bathroom, toilets and hallways are cleaned daily by landlord.
