One double bedroom available with own bathroom at my property in the beautiful village of St Erth.

The double bedroom in the cottage itself has feature wall, access opening to the living with fire place, kitchen and bathroom/shower room plus south facing courtyard garden.

We have super friendly neighbours who keep an eye on the property for me and a lovely pub, river walk just down the road. St Ives is 10 minutes in a car.

I currently live in Brighton and only visit with plenty of notice and for changeover etc. Get in touch to see what suits your needs. I have rented rooms out for years including in Brighton, professional tenancy agreements etc.
