Double (and single) bedroom available with own bathroom in the beautiful village of St Erth.

The double bedroom in the cottage itself has feature wall, access opening to the living room with fire place, kitchen and bathroom/shower room and south facing courtyard garden. (sole use)

We have super friendly neighbours who keep an eye on the property for me and a lovely pub, river walk just down the road. St Ives is 10 minutes in a car.

Some Bills inc. Available from Mid July (TBC)

3 months is likely maximum due to house being on the market.

I currently live in Brighton and only visit with plenty of notice staying in the separate annex area.
(entirely separate from the house).
