Spacious Double Room on the Dunes

Located on the Towans. Backing onto the dunes around Mexico's/Sandy Acres. The beach is a 5/10 min walk through the dunes. 5 min walk to lidl. Bus stop 200m down the road. Half a mile to the A30 and West Cornwall Shopping Centre.

The Bathroom and kitchen will be shared. There is a gate in the back garden that opens up onto the dunes and there is a hot outside shower which is perfect for washing down after a day at the beach :) - we are very active and have a full equipment home gym with multiple hex weights, outside 8 ft pull up bar with weighted vest.

The parking on the street is free and unrestricted, however the neighbours will have to be respected.
Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful. My home is my pride and joy and has been renovated to a very high standard. I am not interested in someone looking for somewhere they can have their friends over drinking, or partner over multiple nights a week, sorry.

Looking for someone's who's going to fit in, we are super active, we love; surfing, running, gym, swimming, cycling and combat sports, which we compete in from time to time.

Love healthy eating, bbq's, sunset walks over the dunes. Privacy is respected highly and remain motivated for studying and work.
