A bright, comfortable room is available in a calm, welcoming family home. We are an incredibly loving, fun little family and would really value sharing our home with someone who has similar values — kindness, respect, warmth and consideration for others.

Although this is a family home, there are copious amounts of privacy. The layout allows for personal space, independence and downtime, so it suits someone who enjoys a homely atmosphere without feeling over-involved.

The household consists of one adult and a young child, so this would suit a female lodger who is genuinely comfortable living in a family environment and is looking for a home rather than just a room.

The house is clean, peaceful and lived-in — not a party house. Shared use of kitchen, living areas and bathroom. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.

The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance, including shops, amenities, beautiful beaches, and public transport links. On-street parking is available and there is usually space.
