The house (2 years old) is on a quiet new build estate with friendly neighbours. Easy access to A30. 10 minute walk into Hayle town. Nearby shops include ASDA, Lidl, Home Bargains, M&S, Next and Boots. 15 minute walk to Hayle railway station. 5 minute drive to the beautiful Hayle three mile beach and a 15 minute drive to St Ives.

You will share facilities with female owner – bathroom with bath and shower over, lounge with very comfy sofa, TV, downstairs WC and kitchen/diner. Shared washing machine, fridge freezer and oven. There is also a rear garden with patio and space to enjoy summer sunshine and outside dining.

All inclusive of bills including broadband.

Possible share of driveway with homeowner for small/medium size car, although off street parking is also available.
