Double room in house share

Hi everyone, got a room coming up in my house, which is in heamoor Penzance. You’ll be living with myself and 2 cats ) so a love of cats is a must! The belongings in the bedroom at the moment are the current tenants apart from the chest of draws and wardrobe. More photos of the house can be added if needs be.

Details:
- £600 a month all bills, council tax, and wifi included with monthly cost
- £500 deposit.
- Reference of previous landlord, ID and proof of wage required.
- 25+ years. (I’m 26)
- FEMALE only.
- Single person (no couples).
- No pets or children due to already having cats
- Must be working idividual (no working from home).
- 3 months contract initially, chance to extend to the right person.

Definitely not a party household (I’m pretty sober, but do enjoy the odd drink here and there. Looking for someone super chill and responsible (because of the cats) to share my space with. The council tax is band B, I do work a lot and they’re long hours so I do need my sleep, but always happy to sit down and chat and hang out, or if you like to keep yourself to yourself, that’s fine too!
