Lovely Ensuite Double Room overlooking Garden

Available from September - a lovely double room with its own ensuite shower, shared toilet. There is a lovely kitchen diner, plenty of space to hangout and a fantastic walled garden.

Open to age or occupation but a 9-5 job is preferred due to the fact I work from home. Looking for someone who is social but also independent. Most important is a laidback attitude as you would be very much part of the household.

There is no official parking but there is free parking just round the corner. The house is in the heart of Helston. I am flexible in terms of length of contract.
