The room is in a large house in the heart of Helston. The space is light and airy with a lovely view over the town.

Please note the room for rent is the blue room. The furniture has changed and the room comes with a double bed.

The room has a shared independent bathroom upstairs and a shower downstairs.

There is both a cat and dog at the property, so no other pets are possible. You will be sharing with three laidback people. There is a large garden to sit in. A spacious kitchen etc. A true home from home.

Due to the capacity of the facilities in the house it means we can only rent to one person per room.

Flexible rental term. The deposit is one month's rent.

All bills included plus Netflix, Broadband etc
