1 DOUBLE LONG TERM - ENSUITE - £725 pcm

The room is double room in a large house in the heart of Helston. The space is light and airy with a lovely garden view. It has its own shower and basin.

There is also a shared independent bathroom on the same floor plus a shower downstairs.

There is both a cat and dog at the property, so no other pets are possible. You will be sharing with three laidback people. There is a large garden to sit in. A spacious kitchen etc.

As I work from home I need tenants to be working 9 - 5 during the week, thanks for your understanding.

Due to the capacity of the facilities in the house it means we can only rent to one person per room. There is a piano and people play music in the house.

The vibe in the house is friendly, people lead independent lifestyles but we sometimes have meals together etc..

The deposit is one month's rent.

All bills included plus Netflix, Broadband etc. The only extra expense will be shared payment to a cleaner and cleaning products.

2 x References are required - 1 character and 1 work. - before moving in.
