I have a 2 bedrooms in a bright and airy coachhouse available to rent.

Shared open living area and shared bathroom.
Kitchen has all amenities (including a dartboard if you wish to use it).

Bedroom 2 is a double room with a single bed, which I am happy to change for a double, if required.

Furnished but welcome to bring furniture for long term tenants, and I will remove my furniture.

1 parking space next to the side of the property, but plenty of parking available in the area.

12 minute walk to Tesco, 20 minute walk to Helston town centre. 12 minute car ride to Culdrose.

I am live out landlord.
