Double room and house share

I have a double room available in a 2 bedroom house, sharing all facilities 2 minutes from town centre with a private off road drive.

I am partially disabled so at home most of the time but very easy going.
I do enjoy a few drinks but no party animals please.

Rent includes all bills excluding food. Own Sky Q, Netflix, amazon prime and dvd.
I also offer weekly clothes, bedding wash to add to my own to make bills more economical.
I will be installing a walk in wardrobe very soon.

I also employ a weekly cleaner due to my disability but appreciate a tidy person to help out in between.

I also have a cat called Charlie who has run of the house.
