Room to let in Cornish Cottage

My husband Richard and I moved to Cornwall in January 2021. We love living in Cornwall!
We live in a 3 bedroom cottage in High Street, which is a village just outside St Austell.
I'm originally from Kent and met my husband in Portsmouth, when I moved there in 2001! We have been married for 12 years.
We are looking for professional person/couple (with negotiation) to rent our spare room.
The room has been decorated in the past few months and there is access to Netflix and Internet in the room. Comfortable double bed, with bedside cabinets. There is a wardrobe with drawers, a fully functioning vanity unit, plus a small desk and chair, which can be used for work purposes.
There is full access to the kitchen and dining room; plus we have a utility room where the washing machine and tumble dryer is kept.
Large upstairs shower room, which will be shared, plus smaller downstairs shower room & WC.
We have a garden, which is beautiful in the summer! We have ducks and chickens, which means we have free range eggs!
