Double Room located in quiet village in Cornwall

Looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate within our 3 bedroom semi-detached home.

Double unfurnished bedroom with use of a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, which is located next to the room, as seen in the pictures (We have our own en-suite in our bedroom which we will primarily use!).

We own two friendly indoor tabby cats, so you must like cats!

All bills are included.

You will have access to the spacious and cosy open living room with dining room with a modern kitchen. Your own fridge freezer for use. Some appliances and facilities include: 55 inch Smart TV in living room, ultra fast fibre wi-fi. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, lots of kitchen mod cons such as air fryer, slow cooker, blender, coffee machine, milk frother etc. Ring security door bell and camera to front and back of house (both outside), Alexa’s throughout the house.

There’s also a third bedroom, which contains mostly storage, the tumble dryer and a double sofa bed.

Parking is available on either my shared driveway or opposite the house, always guaranteed a space. There’s also good bus routes nearby.

Our home is within walking distance to a a couple of village shops, a pub and a fair few takeaways! Tehidy woods and the north coast is right on the door step also.

Open to discussion on working from home and couples are negotiable. Unfortunately no pets, sorry!

We are both super friendly, chilled and bubbly people! Very easy to get along with but would also respect privacy if that’s more your thing. Generally, we tend to enjoy quiet weekday evenings as we both work and hit the gym Monday to Friday. On the weekends we enjoy an occasional barbecue, walks, sea swims or any kind of coastal activity! We have always lived together with a housemate.
