Double bedroom available

We have our spare room to rent for a monthly rolling agreement. Only suitable for single occupancy and comes furnished. Mon - fri preferable but not exclusive. The room has an ikea single bed that extends to a double/ king size, shelving and a small desk and chair.

Its a lovely space in an old granite school, with exposed beams and woodburner downstairs. We have a Labrador so must be good with dogs.

I work in Camborne and from home 2/3 days a week and my partner works full time in newquay. Happy to lift share if that helps.

We love our home and spend a lot of time here. We have small garden in a communal space at the back of the building. This is effectively a community as the building was divided into maisonettes in the 60s.

Most amenities are included apart from electric which would be an extra £20.

I guess this place might suit someone needing a stopgap between places. We know how hard it is right now in the housing market. Hopefully could be a short term solution for someone.
