Large double bedroom for rent

We have our spare room to rent for a month in July and August. Only suitable for single occupancy and comes furnished. Mon - fri preferable but not exclusive. The room has an ikea king size bed, shelving, drawers and a desk and chair.

Its a lovely space in an old granite school, with exposed beams and woodburner downstairs. We have a Labrador so must be good with dogs.

I work in Poole and work from home 2/3 days a week and my partner works full time in Poole as well. Happy to lift share if that helps.

We love our home and do spend a lot of time here, but over the summer we would be in and out mostly as we go camping a lot.

We have small garden in a communal space at the back of the building. This is effectively a community as the building was divided into maisonettes in the 60s.

Most bills included.

I guess this place might suit someone needing a stopgap between places for the summer. We know how hard it is right now in the housing market. Hopefully could be a short term solution for someone.
