House share an Eco Farmhouse

Come and share this 4-bedroom eco farmhouse with me and one other. I am looking for reliable people to share the house and the land with.

The farmhouse is over 400 years old with a newish extension, set in 5 acres of land, in a peaceful location far from any traffic. This includes a sunny breakfast garden, wildlife back garden, an orchard, a 3 acre field with a few sheep and an ancient woodland.

We are just 4 miles from Crackington Heaven beach and 8 miles from Bude, with many more beaches, shopping and life in general.

The downstairs of the house comprises a very large kitchen/dinner, lounge/TV room with a massive fireplace, a couple of offices/working rooms, a utility room and a conservatory with an old vine.

We have lots of storage space both in the house and within two originally agricultural barns. The house is fully furnished.

Upstairs we have 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.

Room 1 (Blue) is a large double with built in wardrobes

Room 2 (White) is smaller and may suit a single or kids.

Room 3 (Green) is another large double bedroom with a Juliet balcony to the garden.

The plan is to have 2 of the three rooms occupied in whatever combination suits (singles, couples, kids)

For couples please add 20%

Occasional visitors can be accommodated in the remaining bedroom.

I am a live-in landlord, mostly working from my office downstairs and slumping in front of the TV in the evening.

I would like to share with people with who I can get along easily, who are tidy, will cook and clean after themselves and occasionally hang out if desired.

There is plenty of scope for all kinds of activities outside, growing vegetables (or whatever else), flowers, short walks, games, animals, chicken, geese, etc. There is even a ping pong table!
