This is a light, bright and spacious double room to let with a large built in wardrobe and sole use of your own family bathroom. Situated at the bottom of a small and quiet estate with 2 off street parking spaces and a nice garden and 50 yards away there's a little park. Fully furnished house with all amenities included, washer dryer, sky TV, brilliant WiFi etc. I'm a really chilled live in landlady and have very loveable cat and a very friendly and polite german shepherd so must be ok with pets please. A really comfy and genuinely nice quiet place to live. Looking for someone respectful and friendly who will look after their space. 15 mins from dartmoor and 30 mins to the beach. Excellent bus route to plymouth, launceston, and tavistock and 10 min drive to the train station. 5 min walk to the local corner shop and pub.
