Fully furnished house with all amenities included, washer dryer, sky TV, brilliant WiFi etc. I'm a really chilled live in landlady and have very loveable cat and a very friendly and polite german shepherd so must be ok with pets please. Last housemate has been here for over 18 months. Excellent bus route to plymouth, launceston, and tavistock and 10 min drive to the train station. 5 min walk to the local corner shop and pub.
