Double Room in friendly shared house

We will have a double room available from 1 April in our friendly shared house which is part of the former mine manager's house in Kelly Bray near Callington. The property is in a quiet wooded location five minutes' walk from the main road through Kelly Bray and the Swingle Tree pub. We're on the main Plymouth-Launceston (No 12) bus route and there's parking two minutes walk from the house at the top of the track. Current occupants are two professionals and a cat - all of whom are relaxed, laid-back, friendly individuals. We're looking for house mates who like animals, don't smoke and are easy to be around. There are three lodger rooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a shared sitting room and kitchen on the ground floor. We're a fairly quiet but friendly household and often get together for dinner with neighbours. Lodgers sometimes eat together and watch films/tv in the evenings at weekends or go out for walks but we're just as happy with people who like to retreat to their own room for peace and quiet. This is not a party house and we work hard during the week but we're pretty sociable. We are not able to have anyone under the age of 18 in the house but partners are very welcome to visit and stay over. All bills are included and we have a washer/drier, broadband, microwave, jacuzzi bath with shower and a Rayburn that keeps the place toasty warm and cooks great food . The live-in landlady is a painter decorator whose room is on the top floor. There's no deposit to pay. A reference is required from an employer/ college/previous landlord.
