Spacious room with garden studio option

I have a spacious double room, with shared kitchen/diner and shared bathroom. The flat is very light and airy, close to rural walks in Truro, within reach of train station, hospital etc. This room has the option of an additional workshop, studio, situated in the garden. I would ideally like to share the flat with a creative person. The studio option can be discussed as a small extra to the monthly rent. There is a big garden and I am happy for vegetables to be grown etc. I am looking for a quiet, creative female, flatmate. This a vegetarian home.
The council tax band is A and paid separately. All bills included.
I am an artist with my own teaching business. I value integrity, honest communication and a sense of humour :) I don't own a TV but if you want one that's fine :)
