Located in centre of village. Village amenities including Spar and CO-OP, butchers and 2 nice pubs within minutes on easy level walking distance.

Well insulated and ventilated, the annexe has a well equipped kitchen with LPG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer and dining space. Comfortable and cosy sitting room area with tv.

Separate double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe chest of drawers. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, wash basin and wc.

Double French doors to large garden with a separate own private decking area with table, chairs, umbrella etc.
Shared access to rest of quiet and private well stocked garden and sunny patio area.

Bedding and towels supplied and laundered. All charges for services supplied and Council Tax are included.

We have a lodging agreement clearly setting out terms for all parties. We live in the adjacent property as owners.

We are seeking a mature and respectful male guest who is in employment and will hopefully stay for a longer period. We hope that our new guest will enjoy staying with us in our nice friendly village.
We are respectful of personal space but have enjoyed friendships with all our previous guests, many of whom have stayed for several months.
