Room available in large rural house with paddock

My house is in a rural area, so your own transport is essential, an adjoining room is also available so maybe would suit single parent ? A paddock and field shelter could be available by separate arrangement. Strictly no smoking. No DSS or pets. I use a dongle on '3' network for broadband which works well, so this is best option if internet required. Employers and previous landlord (or similar) references required.
