Truro & Falmouth are less than 10 miles away & the Penryn University campus less than 6. The regular bus service to both Redruth & Penryn has a bus stop at the end of the lane. There is free (drive) parking for one car.
The accommodation was completed to a high standard in June 2022 & designed as a modern energy efficient open plan living space. It follows a studio layout with a bedroom area at one end leading through a lounge/dining area to a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. The dining table doubles as a desk.
