You would only be sharing this whole house occasionally ( average 2 times a year for 8 weeks ) as we live in Malaga Spain. This is why the price is vastly reduced from open market rental as it’s a compromise. All bills included so 1100 is the total monthly commitment.
The gardens are our pride and joy and we would hope you are a garden lover too. The views over the fields to the village and beyond from the decking terraces are lovely. We are looking for a respectful person who is clean and tidy and will look after it. Long private drive suitable for guest cars and seperate boot room for freezer and tumble dryer. The house is modern with open plan kitchen and 36 meter sq lounge , lovely south facing sun lounge leading into decking overlooking the gardens . You will see foxes, badgers, deer and much bird life.
Double downstairs bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower bath etc. the upstairs room is for our use but apart from that you have the whole house . Clearly we are looking for a special kind of lodger who we can gel with and trust and if we find that, then this could be a long term solution.
