Double room in chilled convenient house

Double room available in house very close to Tesco's, with great access to the A30. The house is cosy and fully furnished. I'm an early bird, I generally go to bed early and wake up early to go to the gym or run, I work from home so the room would likely be better suited to a professional person. I am looking for a chilled person who needs a room, is happy for a chat but equally has their own thing going on. The lounge will be all yours later in the evening and you are unlikely to hear me in the mornings (guaranteed by my previous housemate). Parking is road parking around the house, but there are options for permits or free guaranteed parking within a couple minutes' walk of the property.
