Room to rent

I have a room to rent in my two bedroom flat in Launceston. The flat is located in between the town centre and Newport industrial estate for those interested or working locally, parking is available in the surrounding streets you may have a short walk as it can get busy nearby. It's a single room with a chest of drawers and clothes rail, there is access to the shared living room and kitchen. Monthly rent includes all bills and fibre broadband (100mb+) . If you work from home or are unemployed you will be expected to pay further towards the bills as I work two jobs and do not spend a lot of time at home. The room available until early January at present.
