Room to rent

I have a room to rent in my two bedroom flat in Launceston. Currently rented short term until the beginning of May. The flat is located in between the town centre and Newport industrial estate for those interested or working locally, parking is an option but it is not easy around here so be prepared to park and walk as it can get busy nearby. It's a single room with a chest of drawers and clothes rail, there is access to the shared living room and kitchen. I am looking for someone short term initially (this can change depending how we get on but I feel it safer for both parties to be open about this) or multiple short term let's if someone is in need. It would need to be a month minimum and deposits can be discussed depending on your plans. Monthly rent includes all bills and WiFi, if you work from home or are unemployed you will be expected to pay further towards the bills as I work two jobs and do not spend a lot of time at home.
