The cottage is in a small hamlet, surrounded by farm fields. There is a woodburner & a wood pellet boiler. There is a space for multiple parking. It's a relaxing environment. If you like a quiet country living, this could be for you. If you're interested in gardening & growing your own vegetables, this is also possible. While the house is really in a peaceful location, it's also just 5 minutes to the A30 highway by car & Launceston is 10 minutes away. I'm looking for good natured housemates who are easy to get along with.
