Hello all,

I have a spare room in a modern & minimalist flat in Launceston which would be ideal for someone looking for a place to stay in the area for a longer-term let.

The 2 floor, 2 bed flat has a large kitchen with dual aspect, same for the living room, two decent sized double bedrooms (I use the upstairs room) a good sized bathroom with large shower, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, broadband, gas central heating etc.

The total cost is £99/week which includes all bills. The flat is close to town down a less busy side road. You can be at the shops in town in just a few minutes on foot. There is plenty of street parking outside also.

Your flatmate would be myself. I'm easy to get along with, 28 year old (M). Just a pretty typical person trying to get by! Do tennis and skiing when I get the chance which means you'll have the whole flat to yourself sometimes!
