I have a room to let in a 3 bedroom house for £350/month including utilities, but you would be responsible for your own food.
The room is a double room and is furnished.
I live there alone at present, with my dog, a miniature labradoodle who is very friendly.
You would be able to use the facilities, broadband, fully equipped kitchen etc. The house has a large garden and a separate dining room and living room so there is quite a bit of space.
The house is within walking distance of the town centre and the leisure centre. There is a small shop nearby.
Street parking is available.
