I have a room available with a king size bed and a small wardrobe. This is suitable for a working professional. No couples and strictly non smoker. My home is a quiet and comfortable semi detached house and is kept very clean and tidy. The kitchen & crockery are made available for your use. The broadband is quick and reliable. There is gas central heating and a shared bathroom with electric power shower. The house is within walking distance of Launceston town centre and a minute by car off the A30. This is my home and I live here and work from home. I have 3 friendly spaniels.
