I have a roomy double bedroom available suitable for a working professional. My home is a quiet and cosy semi detached 3 bed with a large garden and off road parking and is kept very clean and tidy. I provide bedding and towels and kitchen wares are available. The broadband is quick and reliable. I have a driveway for parking and there is unlimited parking on the road. The house is within walking distance of Launceston town centre. The road my house is in is quiet but is within a minute by car of the A30.
