Large double bedroom with en suite

I have a large double bedroom to let in my modern house close to all amenities in Liskeard. Ensuite bath/shower room. Furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bed side cabinets. Shared use of kitchen but not lounge although a private lounge can be made available for an extra £30 per week. Rooms and rest of house smartly decorated. No smokers. I am a very tidy person who would expect the same. Experience has shown a female to be a tidier, cleaner and more trustworthy tenant so this is a prerequisite after having too many unreliable male tenants.
The property is Council Tax Band D.
I have a 12 year old Border Collie who is extremely friendly and likes to play. Any tenant needs to be a dog lover.
