Parking available outside on the road and there is also a garage which I don’t really use but could be good for storage.

Access to kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc and family bathroom on first floor (which I use very infrequently due to having an en suite on second floor).

Large living room on ground floor which I spend most of my time in when I’m not working, watching tv and relaxing. There is also another third double bedroom on the first floor which is a spare room which I very occasionally use for guests and has a single bed in but could also be used as an additional tv/ relaxing/ study room if required.

Low maintenance garden with decking which is great for the sun in the summer especially.

Would suit someone who works full time, is responsible, clean and tidy. Friendly and respectful of privacy and own space. Looking for someone due to not being able to afford the house alone, it’s a lovely modern house with lots of space.
