Double room in new build house

Ideally looking for a female house mate as this seams to work well.

I have a double room. In a new build house for rent, brand new furniture, use of bathroom with shower.

Room has under bed storage, plus a small wardrobe.

The house benefits from having three bathrooms as well, upstairs bathroom and down stairs clock room bathroom.

I work during the week, A normal 5 days a week and so does my current house mate who is leaving the end of the month. So would be ideal if the new house mate did the same.

Use of the garden 🪴 which I’ve just finished doing up.
