Room is a lovely house

A double room in a lovely house shared with one other. Parking and garden. I’ve lived in this house for a couple of years and enjoy the area and the house. It’s 10 minutes to the local pub if that’s your thing with plenty of nice walks surrounding.

The room is furnished with a double bed and built in large wardrobe. I’m looking for someone to move in when my current housemate moved out. You should be looking for a home, and be a considerate person. You’ll be living with a member of the emergency services who work shift.

Rent is £500 monthly bills included. The only additional bill is heating oil which I top up around every 6 months at around £150 each, and the window clears £7 every three months.
