Double room for rent

I have 2x double rooms for rent. My current house mate is a nurse at the local hospital in Liskeard and I would prefer that both the empty rooms go to females with professional jobs if possible.

I am moving out the end of the month hence the two rooms being free.

The house is all bills included water, gas, electricity wi-fi. All items are here that you would need for cooking and lots of space in the kitchen.

Both rooms have brand new beds, mattresses and bedding. Both rooms have all the furniture you would need and also storage under the bed. As one room is slightly smaller the cupboard in the hall way has been turned into a wardrobe as the room would feel to cramped with full hight wardrobe.

Both rooms have the use of the main bathroom with w/c located at the bottom of the house.

All tenants are advised the rooms are single occupancy and couples are not allowed. The house is pet free with no exceptions and it’s a none smoking house.

The house is located in the new whayne homes estate 2 minutes from aldi / oak tree surgery. The house is about a 15 minute walk to the train station. There is also a bus stop just at the top of the road for the bus services and is about a 5 minute walk to the town Center.
