**Room for Rent in Liskeard**

I have one double room available, the video starts off with the room available for rent from the 28th march.

Currently, both the over rooms are rented by young woman who work locally so would be ideal if the third house mate is a woman.

The house includes all bills—water, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and there is plenty of space in the lounge.

Both double rooms share the main bathroom, which has a toilet located at the bottom of the house as well.

Please note that the rooms are for single occupancy only; couples are not allowed. The house is pet-free with no exceptions and is a non-smoking environment.

The house is located in the new Wayhne Homes estate, just 2 minutes from Aldi and Oak Tree Surgery. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station, and there is a bus stop at the top of the road, making it a 5-minute walk to the town center.
